The Sky-Hi Retreat Property Owners Association was created to enhance the value of this unique, rural-style community.

Our Mission

  • To help protect, preserve and enhance the peaceful country environment in Sky-Hi Retreat

  • To assist in the interpretation and enforcement of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) set forth for Sky-Hi Retreat

  • To promote cooperation among the members of the subdivision.

  • To monitor and act as liaison among various agencies or governments (e.g. town, county, state, federal, tribe) in their pursuance of any activities that directly or indirectly affect Sky-Hi Retreat

General Membership & Management:

All persons who own property in Sky-Hi Retreat are encouraged to join the Association. The general management of the Association is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, which is made up of volunteer property owners. Elections of the Board Members are held at the annual Association meeting held the first Saturday in August.

Annual Dues: $60 a year, due in August.
